BDO Foundation set another running event this year and it's their 5th annual fund raising run dubbed as BDO Race for Life 2013 happening this April 07, 2013 at SM Mall of Asia. The proceeds will help fund the housing projects of BDO Foundation, Inc. for the typhoon victims.

Reverse the Bad: WWF's Reverse Run - September 9, 2012

WWF is to launch the Reverse the Bad student program through a Reverse Run on 22 July 2012 at SM Mall of Asia. As suggested by its name, part of the run (200 meters untimed) will be done in reverse – wherein participants will backpedal through the course. An apt execution, it symbolizes our ability to confront the present environmental state by looking back and moving forward.

*** 200 meters - Participants will backpedal through the course and will then run forward.  

-Race kit includes:  

Race singlet, Race Bib, Safety Pins, Maps
- Participants will only run backwards for 200 meters. Running time will only start when the participants will make the 180° turn for the 3K, 6K and 12K distances.
- Finishers will receive a limited edition WWF baller band.
- 10 watches are to be raffled of c/o Soleus.

Everyone is invited to join in the Reverse Run. As an added treat, students who register for the run are automatically enlisted as members of the WWF Reverse the Bad Student Program.  

On July 22, WWF-Philippines will hold the Reverse Run at the SM Mall of Asia to launch the Reverse the Bad Student Program, a year-long membership program developed for high school and college students who want to amplify their commitment to protect the environment.

The creation of the student program is in response to growing calls from youngsters who want to take a more direct and proactive role in helping protect the environment. Through this program, WWF wants to create young stewards to help us secure a better future.
