‘Zero Defect Campaign’ Launched by RCD Land Inc.’s 25th Anniversary event


RCD Land Inc., a real estateand property development company dedicated to providing affordable yet quality housing projects celebrated its 25th anniversary at the Bellevue Hotel in Filinvest Corporate City last August 16, 2012.

More than 600 guests, including tri-media and bloggers attended the event. Most of the attendees were employees and executives from the company, special guests and its partners for success.


Roland C. Delantar, founder and president of RCD Land Inc. also unveiled during the event its ‘Zero Defect Campaign’ program for its housing projects. Together with RCD Development, its construction arm, the program strengthens the company’s campaign for the flawless construction of each housing unit, and to see to it that the supplies, from roof sheets to nails are in great condition before and during construction.  “RCD Development has built its own warehouse, where materials are brought in and checked for quality assurance. Each supplier should meet the specifications we strictly require from them. We want to give our buyers their money’s worth. That is good business for us,” Delantar explained.



Reaching 25 years is a big milestone for any company. “It’s really about commitment to the continuous success of the business endeavor,” says Delantar when asked about what he attributes their success to. With the company’s long experience and stability, they are confident that they will remain a key player in the real estate industry in the coming years.

Their town projects are aimed at providing Filipinos with world-class but affordable homes. They also intend to help the government in its fight against homelessness, poverty and to reduce the housing backlog. Flagship projects of RCD Land are the following: RCD Royale Homes in Silang, Cavite; Winter Breeze Homes in General Trias, Cavite; RCD Homes East in Tanay, Rizal; RCD BF Executive Townhomes in Paranaque; RCD Pasay Townhomes; RCD Villas De Imus, RCD Villas De Mambog, and RCD Villas Silverhomes. 

RCD Land Inc. is the project development arm of the RCD Group of Companies. Delantar said RCD is also into property sales & real estate marketing thru the RCD Realty Marketing Corporation. Aside from it being Delantar’s initials, RCD also stands for the company’s core business roles; R for real estate marketing, C for Contractor, and D for Developer. Delantar first established the RCD Realty Corporation in August 16, 1987 to market affordable housing projects and eventually ventured into the construction of individual housing units and small pocket developments. The anniversary celebration incidentally coincides with its founder’s birthday on the 15th of August.

LIXIL Corporation launches in Manila




Last July 11 at the Manila Peninsula, the Japan-based LIXIL Corporation, manufacturer and seller of  building materials, housing equipment, and related products, launches the  LIXIL Asia, an umbrella group comprising American Standard Asia Pacific, LIXIL China, LIXIL Korea, and TOSTEM Thai Marketing–Sash Business.

LIXIL Asia, through its Philippine subsidiary, American Standard Philippines Ltd. Co. (ASPLC), is set to bring a fuller suite of housing and construction solutions to homes and buildings.
